Matt and Sue Rowley are proud to host the Alaska Farm & Garden Show. One of the things we share, along with our extend Alaska family, is our deep love for Alaska’s unique way of life—working with the land, growing our own food, and embracing the rhythms of the seasons in the beautiful Mat-Su Valley. We live right here where farm fields, greenhouses, gardens, and wild spaces meet, and countless opportunities for hands-on homesteading, gardening, and small-scale farming are literally outside our front door. Whether it’s tending vegetables, raising livestock, preserving harvests, battling late-season frosts, or simply marveling at the long summer days and rich soil, you’ll find us living the Alaska dream and loving every minute of it.

Having owned and operated several businesses over the years (some more successful than others), we have a special appreciation for the hardworking farmers, gardeners, homesteaders, and ambitious entrepreneurs who pour their hearts into feeding our communities and making Alaska more self-reliant. The Alaska Farm & Garden Show gives us the perfect way to bring local producers, suppliers, educators, and enthusiasts together—sharing knowledge, resources, and inspiration so we can all grow stronger, more sustainable operations and enjoy the satisfaction that comes from working the land in Alaska.
